Privacy Policy for Caption & Hashtag Generator

This Privacy Policy applies to the Caption & Hashtag Generator mobile application (“Application”), developed and provided by UHA Apps (“Service Provider”).

The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use on an “AS IS” basis.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide their name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, financial information, or other personally identifiable information to use its caption-generation features.

Favorites, generation history, theme preferences, and other saved settings are stored locally on the user’s device. This locally stored content is not uploaded to a server operated by UHA Apps.

The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google Mobile Ads services may automatically collect or share certain information, including:

• Internet Protocol address, which may be used to estimate approximate location

• App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and advertisement interactions

• Diagnostic and performance information

• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and related identifiers

This information may be used for:

• Advertising and marketing

• Analytics

• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance

• Improving advertising and service performance

The Application does not collect precise GPS location.

2. Caption Generation and Artificial Intelligence

The current version of the Application does not send user prompts, captions, or personal information to an external artificial-intelligence service.

Captions and hashtags are generated using content and logic included within the Application.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

Third-party services used by the Application may include:

• Google Play Services

• Google AdMob

• Google User Messaging Platform, only where consent functionality is enabled in the Application

Google and its advertising technologies may use device information and advertising identifiers to provide personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical advertisements depending on the user’s region, device settings, and consent choices.

UHA Apps does not sell users’ personal information.

4. Consent and Advertising Choices

Where required by applicable law, the Application may display a consent message before requesting advertisements.

Users may be able to review or change advertising and privacy choices through the Application, Google consent controls, or their Android device settings.

Users can also reset or delete their Android advertising identifier through their device’s privacy settings.

5. Local Data, Favorites, and History

Favorites, generated-caption history, theme preferences, and generator settings are stored locally on the user’s device.

Users can delete this locally stored information by:

• Using the clear-favorites or clear-history options in the Application

• Clearing the Application’s storage through Android settings

• Uninstalling the Application

Uninstalling the Application normally removes locally stored Application data from the device.

6. Data Sharing

Information collected by Google AdMob may be transmitted to and processed by Google and its advertising partners for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.

UHA Apps may disclose information where required by law, legal process, government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service Provider, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity.

7. Data Retention and Deletion Requests

UHA Apps does not operate user accounts or maintain a server-side database containing users’ generated captions, favorites, or history.

Locally stored data can be deleted through the Application, Android settings, or by uninstalling the Application.

Please include “Caption & Hashtag Generator – Data Deletion Request” in the email subject.

Data processed independently by Google or another third-party service is governed by that third party’s privacy and retention practices.

8. Data Security

Information transmitted by Google Mobile Ads services is encrypted in transit.

The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information under its control. However, no electronic storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.

UHA Apps does not knowingly request or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information, they may contact the Service Provider at appwudara2026@gmail.com.

Where advertising services are used, age-related settings and legal requirements may affect the type of advertisements shown.

10. Opt-Out Rights

Users can stop the Application’s collection and processing activities by uninstalling the Application.

Users may also manage advertising identifiers, advertisement-personalization settings, consent choices, and related privacy controls through their Android device or Google account settings.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices change.

Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
